Standard on-site interview. Stop at security desk, get badge, and drive to the office. A short wait in the lobby followed by a 3 person interview by friendly people in an office setting. Steel toe shoes/boots required as an on site tour follows the interview portion. 1 of the 3 people scheduled to interview didn't attend, due to taking the day off. I didn't get a tour because the tour person also took the day off. Fairly heavy use of acronyms. My experience is in a different field then a paper mill so my acronyms for the same thing are different.
