Had a quick phone interview with recruiter. Was told they require you take a CCAT but it’s not judged for the overall interview process. Wrong. If you don’t score high enough you immediately are disqualified. Because it’s important to know speed to distance calculations or how many blue marbles are left in a bag of 300.

A total of 2 interviews. Standard interviews. What you need to pass is the test. I was told that 9/10 people do not move pass the test. Test includes personality tests and logic tests.

Standard and straightforward process
1 technical round - Couple of functional (domain centric) and technical questions which is key for the role
1 managerial round - To understand what you are working on and how you can add value
1 Senior manager round - Regarding your current profile
HR round to discuss the role and expectation
You also have to take the CCAT aptitude test which is mandatory for everyone
