Long interview process, and got to the final stage but was not successful, did not provide any real feedback on why. The onsite interview was poorly executed, ended up joining a meeting remotely and delayed by over an hour in meeting the hiring manager. I know the job market is difficult, but the disregard for my time tells me the kind of place this is

Submitted application on line; Received an email with a link to take a psychological profile. After submitting, was told the process takes awhile and if the profile fit their style, they would contact me for a formal interview
