I applied on LinkedIn then I was redirected to their workday website; next day they sent me an email for their online exam(Aptitude and Behavioral). I know that I passed the exam because I was so sure about my answers(there was a time limit of 15 minutes and there are 50 questions). I waited for like 3 weeks to ask for an update about my application; I called their Makati office and they told me that they will send me an email regarding my application, a week passed but no emails was sent so I called again, they gave me an email address; I emailed the given address asking for an update in a professional way. A week passed a talent acquisition called me and started asking me normal hr questions and told me to wait for a Hiring manager interview; a week passed again I haven't heard anything so I called, while talking to the talent acquisition woman my application went from "Interview in progress" to "closed" so I directly asked her. She told me a different email address that was kinda identical to mine. I can't believe that she doesn't know my email even though I already emailed her like thrice. So, from there she said that she's going to check on this and ask AGAIN the Hiring manager about my application and when will my interview process will begin. A week passed still no news about my application I emailed her for the last time, asking again for my application and if the position is already filled kindly inform me because I waited too long, she replied a day after saying that the position was already filled; however, I saw the same position being opened at their workday website. This is the worst application process that I have been into. I will never apply again.
I attended an HR interview, followed by a technical one with one team lead and another member of the team I was going to work into.
They were both friendly and were helping you along the way in case you didn't know.

A recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn and told me about an open role and scheduled the initial interview.
The initial interview seemed a bit weird since I wasn't told there would be technical questions right after. What's even weirder is the recruiter keeps apologizing since the supposed technical interviewer didn't want to attend since my profile seemed okay for him. All of these I was told during the interview.
When asked about technical questions, it would actually be recorded for the hiring manager and technical recruiter to see.
Next step would be a 5-day take home assessment designed by the team lead and last interview would be with the hiring manager.

Question 1
What do you think are the pros and cons of TypeScript and JavaScript
The interview process is smooth and the questions were somewhat on the average side. They usually ask questions about basic concepts on the role and your perspective on the workplace.
