Received an email from Human Resources noting 'Congratulations' I was selected to take part in the hiring process for the position I applied for. Next was instructions and third party link for a timed personality test and link to a sample test you can take. I have taken other personality tests and this was by far the most challenging and unrelated to the job or task requirements. If you don't pass the test you will never have the courtesy of hearing back from them and HR will not respond to your emails. I was already hesitant based on all the reviews from current and past employees. Good luck to anyone who takes the time to apply or want to work for this company!
Felt the initial test is bias against those with
learning disabilities. However I personally wouldn't want to work for a company that feels their determining factor as to whether talent is worthy of their time is by the results of a bias "competencies" test, especially when the company claims to pride itself in diversity and inclusion. It does makes sense with the low glass door reviews though.
