The recruiter found me and asked about the time that we could do the interview. I provided several time slots for about two weeks. But she never set any time and always postponed the interview. After three weeks, I got the email stating they're not moving forward. I even did not get the chance to do the phone screening. It is unacceptable because it's not my fault. The management of recruitment must be regulated.
