Phone interview first, really easy and nice - basic questions. Face to face interview was harder as it was with two people (one bad cop one good one - typical). Hold me and asked very detailed questions about previous jobs, There was also an exercise to write short copy on an email communication based on data provided. Overall face to face l would say was medium. BUT obviously l wasn't successful as there is no communication from FT after that. No feedback, not even a "thank you for coming" note. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I have chased them up with an email, got reply from HR saying sorry, but after that - still no response. Waste of time really.

I had a very pleasant and friendly introduction with the interviewer, who was the Talent Acquisition Advisor for the company. From the moment we began our conversation, I felt at ease as he greeted me warmly and welcomed me into the discussion. We engaged in a calm and friendly exchange, making the entire experience quite enjoyable. His approachable demeanor contributed significantly to the interaction, and I found him to be very easy to talk to. This laid-back atmosphere allowed me to express my thoughts and experiences more freely, which I believe is crucial during an interview process.
