The pre-interview stage was straight forward - applied online, got an email around a week or so later asking me to answer some questions and then arranged a phone interview. I personally thought the phone interview went relatively well, the questions weren't particularly difficult and the interviewer sounded encouraging however to my surprise I received an automated rejection email a few hours later which did surprise me considering that the interviewer had informed me that they were still having more calls.
