One interview. I applied online and HR contacted me. I interviewed with the Branch Manager and Operations manager simultaneously. The interview lasted approximately one hour and was different from the standard HR interview style interview one normally experiences. The Branch Manager explained the role and probed by background in credit analysis. It was very conversational and there was a point in the interview where I had to remind myself to sell myself because the style of the interview was different from what you would typically experience.
