Stage 1 - phone interview, stage 2 - case study and face-to-face interview. The latter was with 4 people in total. Process was not transparent and they failed to meet their very own 'act with integrity' value.

Competency based interview, Questions and competency framework issued in advance and expected to be answered in a STAR format.
Actually a screening interview where I had questions on my CV only, They decided I wasn't what they were looking for during the interview and it ended early.
Overall quite poor as a recruitment experience, given the time invested in preparation. They appear to be confused over what they want for the role, the introduction being one that a specialist wasn't required, but the advert and CV questions emphasised the niche subject matter.

Multiple Competency and behaviour based interviews with different Managers. The process was technically focussed with lots of scenario questions to understand how you would respond to specific situations, giving examples from your past work experience. At times this can be quite challenging when you are put on the spot, although the interviewers were generally friendly.
