J'ai passé un entretien chez FinQuery (Atlanta, GA)
Entretien
Multiple interviews with varying levels of management. Expertise level was fairly low among the people who interviewed me. Overall, the process was fairly quick. HR stayed in contact with me all the way through the process.

The first interview was with a manager. He did a pair programming exercise. I had never done this before. He seemed excited and set up a second interview on the spot. I was going on vacation this next week but decided to set it up anyway because I thought it went well. The second interview consisted of five individuals from all different expertise. They were really nice a friendly. They did what was called a code smell. Again something new to me. My brain went blank but at the end of the interview one of the developers made a point to say not to think I did bad because she thought I did well. Then they all joked about their own experiences. That was the end. I had high hopes but received a letter the next day saying all the negatives about the interview. For a company who said I did well, the have broken my trust. Who does that. Anyways if was a strange interview filled with false hope.
I can't say it was a bad experience. All of it was new to me making it more difficult. Also the false hope killed me as I'm a very trusting, open and honest individual.
