I knew people in HR and the Accounting department, so getting an interview was rather easy. The phone interview was rather quick, around 6-8 minutes. No one wasted anyone's time, got straight to the point- I had what they wanted and they wanted what I had.
I went in the next morning for an in-office interview with the CIO, a nice lady. None of that behavioral interview waste of time; we went straight to technical and determine whether I could do the job or not.
I like how they wanted to hire someone with the right attitude, rather than a dictionary who spits out all the terms but doesn't know when and how to apply them.
