Five people interviewed me it took almost one and a half hours. Each person had their own concerns on how to deal with mad customers. Each wanted to know if I could multitask and was I a team player.

It was a three steps interview. On phone, the first face to face interview and the second face to face interview. On the phone interview can be tricky. They asked a lot of technical questions. The first face to face interview met with a team member. Some more technical questions. The second one was easier though.
