I had one discussion with a recruiting agency and two interviews. Even if I didn't get an offer, I was very impressed with the Figured team. I will continue looking for opportunities to join their team in the future.

I was informed that the interview was going to be a coffee chat with the chief people leader. I was not prepared to sit in one hour interview being Drilled in my product experience with someone who thinks she know product. I've seen the ad for product manager up for a while now and I know she's the problem.
