It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

The interview was easy, but the onboarding was a lengthy process. They really wanted to get to know you as a person to make sure it was an all-around good fit.

They ask questions pertaining to your life and about things you enjoy and don't enjoy. Where you see yourself in 5 years, etc etc
Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on

First, there was a brief phone call with the recruiter (to discuss pay expectations and provide a brief explanation of your previous experience), followed by an in-person interview directly with the manager.
