It was an open interview setting, when they called you, you went with a supervisor who would conduct the interview. (Note: They have an extremely high turnover ratio, so there are open interviews frequently). If you don't do well, there is still the option of trying again at the next session. There is a drug screening and background check, but those are done after you pass the interview stage.

I interviewed with this company twice. Both times, there were different recruiters who acted like they had never seen my resume. Completely unprofessional. After the interview, I didn’t even want the job.
