Entretien
The interview process consisted of an online application, follow-up screening from an HR rep, and a 2 on 1 interview. The online application coincides with a skills test. The representatives from HR are kind and warm to candidates they contact. The second round, interpersonal interviews vary as they will be conducted directly by the manager of a banking center and are not rigidly standardized.

It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on

Entretien
First, there was a brief phone call with the recruiter (to discuss pay expectations and provide a brief explanation of your previous experience), followed by an in-person interview directly with the manager.

Question 1
The questions in the in-person interview were mostly behavioral. For example, tell me about a time when you disagreed with your team, what is your greatest strength, etc.
