The interview only lasted 20 minutes, the interviewers were nice and friendly. They had five questions using the council framework, and an ice breaker at the start. They took it in turns to ask the questions.

There were 2 interviewers. They asked several questions (relating to skill and behaviour) and I believe it is a points based system, so whoever scores the highest gets the job etc - make sure you give lots of details and an example if you can. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. The questions are not necessarily difficult but you need to add enough information to hit the high scores which I found hard at first. I got feedback from my first interview which really helped to understand what they were looking for.
