J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fierce Management Group (Indianapolis, IN) en sept. 2020
Entretien
Went through 3 rounds of interviews, 2 short 10-15 min phone interviews and one 1 hour FaceTime interview. Everyone was nice, but all in all seems like a pretty scammy company. The first two interviews were honestly just small talk. The third interview was more like an actual interview, but talked more about random things than the actual job. I could tell the girl interviewing me had next to no experience, the compensation is either all commission based or $400/week plus commission, but “everyone just takes commission because you’ll get more money that way”. When asking about benefits, she legitimately said “I don’t know if we offer health insurance, I’m still on my parents’”.When asking about time off policies I was told “there really isn’t one, but if you go somewhere they can map a sales area wherever you’re visiting so you can still work”. This might work if you’re super young fresh out of school, but if you’re looking for a career and care about benefits, I’d steer clear. I was relieved I didn’t get an offer and have to draw the process out more.

I have only done a 15-minute phone interview thus far, very general. It allows the employer to gain knowledge. The next interview is said to be an hour-long in-person with a high-level account executive.
