I applied for Summer Internship 2017 for the role of Technical Support Position.
I received a HackerRank challenge to be completed within 7 days. I gave the coding challenge, solved both questions correctly and I got a reject in 2 days without stating any reason.

Entretien
The first round was a coding test on Hacker Rank consisting of 3 programming questions. Second round was a one-way video interview round where I was asked 3 behavioral questions and finally was invited for an On-Site interview. They asked me for my availability and on the day of the interview they mailed me and cancelled. They asked me to give my availability for the next 2 weeks and when I replied, they said it is not possible for those times. Bear in mind I had given my availability for almost each day from 10 AM to 4 PM. They again asked me for my availability for further 2 weeks and I replied. But instead of confirming, I got a mail within a week that the position was filled. It was very disappointed with the way the HR handled the interview process and has put me off to ever apply to this company in the future
