Programming task, not very difficult, a couple of group exercises, one being predominantly technical while another is more to show how you discuss your ideas and using the SCRUM technique. Finally interview with two assessors. Also a networking session during lunch.

Entretien
The Interview was a lengthy process spanning 5 months almost. Started in January with a sparkhire exam and one-way video recording interview. It took almost a month of the HR to give me a call and confirm my second round in a week's time. After clearing the HR round I was scheduled for round 3 with the technical manager. The interviews itself were not lengthy but very very precise. I like the format with which they conduct interview

Entretien
I applied online through career's website. Got a Hackerrank test which had pretty easy questions. After a week got one more Hackerrank test which two decent level questions even after solving them got a reject.
