Entretien
1st round - telephonic 30 minutes long, purely on theory of statistics.
Got confirmaion in 7 days and was flown into Banglore on 2nd day after that.
At Bangalore Office(all rounds in d same day) :-
1st Round - With Business Head, who just basicallyasked me about my profile and then drilled me to gauge my Business understanding of projects I executed at my previous firm.(dis was d easiest round 4 me :) )
2nd Round - With Technical Head. Questions related to Data Modelling and Data Preparation. Also 1 Case Study revolving around correction of Bias in Sampled Population.(Toughest Round for me )
3rd Round - With HR. A formality. He said I was confirmed. So all I did was fill forms :)
Got Offer Letter the very next day.

1) Why is RMSE used as a metric to assess fit of LR and why not absolute value or power 4?
2) Why is the outcome of Logistic Regression between 0 and 1?
3 Why we need a separate Logistic Regression, what will happen if Linear Regression is used, can Linear Regression replicate Logistic Regression. If so den in wat scenarios?
4)Difference between Correlation and Multicollinearity.
5)Discussion about CHAID, t-test, chi square test.
6)Can Chi square test be used when 1 variable categorical and other numerical?
7)What will you do to correct Over-fitting?
8)Loss function of random forest, gradient boosting, Adaptive boosting
9)If you have 200 million rows and 30,000 columns . how will you proced from top tp bottom describe ur approach.
