The phone screen was quite friendly and straightforward. However the process wasn't buttoned up. I got ghosted for no reason even though I had the credentials and was told I would move to the next round and never heard back. I followed up multiple times to no avail. I can say that even though I've heard great things about Fidelity, I'll never work for them based on this experience.
