Applied online, and three weeks later the recruiter emailed me to schedule a screening call. At the screening call, she let me know that the hiring manager already viewed my resume and is excited to meet, so she’s going to schedule my two interviews to take place over two weeks. I haven’t gotten past the first; the two people who interviewed me via Zoom were nice and genuinely interested (although they had to ask prepared questions). They said they’re committed to having feedback either way within a week or two. Two weeks and two follow-up emails later, no updates or updates so I’m going to say I’m being ghosted. It’s a shame- they never scheduled that second interview and I never got to meet whomever my resume impressed.
