First they had a fit style call, then I was called in for an on campus interview.
The on campus interview had 2 parts with 2 people. 1 fit, 1 analytial. The fit one was quite baisic however they seemed to be a bit too focused on my study abroad experiene which seems fairly irrelevent in my opinion
Mainly behavior question + stock pitch, Brain teaser as well. several rounds including panel interview with Portfolio managers and analysts. Deep dive into valuation and financials. Need to prepare a decent stock pitch.

Entretien
Did a first round with HR. After the interview, I was told to be scheduled for the next round after working around PM’s schedule. Got ghosted and never heard back for a couple years.
The interview process was a panel review of an investment. Overall, I ended up getting the job, but I don't think they learned anything about my abilities to actually do the mundane job.
