I participated in two interviews: a 30 minute phone interview and a 45 min virtually held zoom interview. Both interviewers were kind and professional. The first interview consisted of basic logistic questions like, why fidelity, why finance and where do you see yourself in the next five years ? The zoom interview felt like I was having a conversation with a friend about my experience and consisted mostly of behavioral questions. Have a mental tool box filled with examples of times you were an outstanding employee and be yourself.
