The questions are mostly behavioral and having questions prepared before is a big help.
It goes by quickly but they give you adequate time to prepare your answer.
Have confidence and be prepared as much as possible.
The most important thing is to be yourself.

I received an email asking me to participate in a one-way video interview. The recruiter asked pre-taped questions. Just when you thought interviewing couldn't be any more dehumanizing. It's like a dating service and you have no idea why you were rejected. I was supposed to hear back in 2 weeks. That was a month ago.
