The interview process took about one month. I applied online and then about 3 days I got an email to submit a video interview. The questions for the video were very easy. After that, I did good enough to get a phone interview. The phone interview was basically just telling me what the role is, the hours and why I chose Fidelity. The final interview was a face to face interview at the headquarters in Jersey City. I interviewed with two people. It was a little nerve wrecking because the questions were a little more complex than I thought. Fortunately, I did ok and about a week later, I got a call stating I got the job. I came from marketing background, so I was surprised, yet please I got the job. The whole process was very smooth. I accepted the job offer but the salary was pretty low from a company as big as Fidelity.
