Interview process was two rounds for Fidelity’s Operations internship. Round 1 was a phone screen—conversational and welcoming. Round 2 was a panel—more challenging, with deeper questions. Overall, if you know your resume cold and can explain your experiences clearly, it’s very manageable.

Very straightforward, no technical portion. More of company fit talk with Managers and Associates in the team you'll be working on. Had a Recruiter call before hand which was just a screening call.

Had a 30 minute phone screening followed by a 30 minute zoom the next week with the team head. Was an easy interview but they called me about a week after to inform me I did not receive the roll but was very close.
