One of the Fi recruiters reached out to me on LinkedIn, offering me a phone interview to connect about the opportunity. I took the soonest available time slot, which was several weeks out, and I also requested a copy of the JD to review prior to the call. The JD was never shared, and my messages to confirm the call were not addressed. A few minutes past our scheduled time, I still had not received a call, so I sent an email follow-up. At this point, the recruiter let me know that she was held up on another call and asked me to share additional availability, which I did immediately. I never heard a word after that. The next thing I received was an email from a different recruiter, which was clearly sent in error, and was thanking me for my time interviewing and letting me know they'd gone a different direction. Since I never ended up having an interview, this whole thing felt very disorganized and unprofessional. Lots of red flags all around. I would definitely suggest proceeding with caution if accepting interviews with the company and do not put your current role at risk by scheduling time in your calendar to only be stood up!

Had an initial call with talent acquisition and it went great. Got setup for a round with 3 members of the creative team. I did a lot of prep work for this as I was excited about the role and 4 minutes before my interview, I get an email saying they need to cancel because they're in final stages with another candidate. Excuse me?! 4 minutes notice? While I appreciate them not wasting my time, it flat out disrespectful as to the prep us candidates do for these opportunities. Probably for the best as the reviews for this company are horrible.
