First round was with HR and they asked for a cognitive ability test, second round with country GM, third riund with another GM from region and finally with VP. Each one required different behavioral questions.

How did you ensure you had a well fed pipeline in your last sales role?
Recruiter screening -> Wonderlic (or similar IQ test) -> manager interview -> Head of Sales. FeverUp has seemingly very little understanding of the market for BDM / AEs. They preferred McKinsey or Bain consulting experience over sales experience for the Senior role, and the pay was incredibly lackluster. The salary / OTE would be lucky to attract a jr. associate from one of those firms.. and the non-senior BDM role was closer aligned to an SMB AE.
