Poor candidate experience. Fever performed a reach out with a search agency. Took a while to schedule the follow up. The first interview was with the recruiter who just asked some generic questions. After the first step they requested to participate in a Mettl test ASAP. As it was crazy busy (festive period), I only was able to perform the test without any preparation. After completing the test, I received a response that I missed the requirements to proceed in the application procedure and they I am encouraged to apply for other roles at Fever. After requesting clarification about what the requirements were and how far I missed the requirements, no response whatsoever. What a joke and waste of time.

Came with referral and had 2 Interviews with Recruiter. Recruiter provided positive feedback and told me he's on vaccation next week but will follow up the week after....since then radio silence!
