A recruiter from a firm contacted me on LinkedIn about the position. I had a phone screen, which went well and then a few days later had a video conference with the firm's director/founder who asked me pretty standard questions re: my experience and how it would tie in to the CDM position. The founder said he would share his notes with the hiring manager in the New York office. I was told I would receive news about any potential next steps by the end of the next day, but never heard anything back and it's been over two weeks.
