Applied by sending my CV directly to the recruiter. It was a smooth process. They knew what they were looking for. We met at the office first with the HR Director and then with the BD Director. After then i was taken onsite to talk to the design manager. I was then contacted by HR to discuss a 1:1 with the business development department.
