I was interviewed by the CEO, VP of Sales, and General Manager for my office. The interview was short and to the point. It would be smart to know how you will benefit their company. My second interview was with the VP of Sales and was more at length and more conversational.

I applied online and met with the Senior Vice President of Sales. Then I asked to meet the local team in person and we went out to lunch. Afterwards the SVP gave and offer then handed off the rest of the process to HR.
