This was a Zoom panel interview for a procurement specialist position. The interview was scheduled to be with four panel members. On actual interview day it also included a representative from Human Resources. The focus of this review shall be on the behavior of two specific panel members. These two people exhibited intolerance and improper behavior during the interview. For example, during the interview whenever a person spoke their video feed went to center screens for all to view. Each time I completed my answers and, either of the two specific panel members was about to speak, I could visually see them verbally laughing, smiling, rolling their heads up and down, back and forth with their eyes darting around. It was clear that the two were exchanging instant messaging, texts or emails during my answers. Who does that during a formal interview?
