The interview process started with a coding challenge related to the business, then a 30 minute call with the Head of Engineering, then a final 1 hour technical interview with the engineering team. There was a take-home assignment given before the technical interview and the interview itself mostly consisted of presenting my solution and fielding questions. The interview process was fine, but they ceased all communication with me following the final interview. I sent multiple follow-up emails, none of which received a response. It's fine if I didn't get the job, but at least have the common decency to let me know. Avoid this company unless you're ok investing many hours on take home assignments and interviews only to be ghosted.
