Easy. Panel interviews. It can be lengthy and you might end up not hearing back from them but overall is a good process but it can be different for each department.

The first contact was by text and email. They sent me a link to answer some interview questions through a 3rd party website. I did not do it. I strongly oppose this method of interviewing. An interview should be with a person as you are learning about the position just as they are learning about you.
