They had sent me to the headquarters in Newport News VA where I had probably the most relaxed interview experience I've ever had. It was very personable and more of a "get to know you" atmosphere.

About an hour long conversation. Back and forth with lots of questions of by both parties. Informative on the role, while highlighting the perks of the company and flexibility of hybrid work.

Entretien
Very easy overall. Initial interview was with a recruiter to go over basic questions and set up an interview with the manager and supervisor. Interviews lasted around 30 minutes and were either on the phone or zoom.
