The interview process is backwards. I was interviewed 1:1 for the first interview, and the second was over the phone. The further along you get in the interview with them, the less personal it is. The questions were test-like and juvenile. "What goals did you set this year?"

First had to complete a Hirevue, got a call back later on from the recruiter.
Two More Interviews:
1. Brief call with recruiter going over qualifications and had a single behavioral question
2. Final interview with a director, more behavioral questions
Both the recruiter and director were very pleasant people to talk to.

I had to answer questions via text or Safari like will you need a sponsorship? After they sent me a link to do hirvo video interview that was 4 video answerd questions and 2 written questions, the video questions were time 1 minute each and there were 4 try’s
