Interview process was very thorough and lengthy. Expect to be there for several hours. You meet with multiple people for the position you are interviewing for. General the head of the department, a couple department representatives, and then an HR rep as well.

The initial interview is generic with very little detail regarding the actual day-to-day responsibilities involved and sign-off procedure expectations on project releases. It's important to ask specific questions to gain as much detailed information as possible.

The main question asked involved experience with the review process and one's understanding of the FDA regulatory environment and quality system guidelines but just in general terms with no specific detail to discuss nor any specific technical terminology expected in descriptions.
