Pretty easy for a software development interview because of a lack of advanced technical questions. My interview by 5 people was almost completely based off of my resume. One senior developer gave out a written coding quiz just to make sure you can interpret basic code (.Net and SQL). Was frequently asked about projects I worked on in school.
