Worst Experience. No respect for people's time. They scheduled a phone interview one day morning and no one called me that day. When it was 10 mins late and 30 mins late after the scheduled time, I mailed the recruiter saying I am still waiting for the call. But no response.
After 3 -4 days, there was a mail from the same recruiter scheduling another phone interview with another person without even apologizing for wasting my time during the first schedule (I had actually made time for the first interview, pushing my schedule etc). They didnt even care to apologize for missing the first interview.

They bunked the first schedule. Second time, one junior guy interviewed me through phone- asked some really dumb questions and he gave not so good feedback about me. He didnt seem to understand the complexity of the roles done by an experienced person like me.
Had two interviews, one face to face, and one video call with head office. Great interview all round, suggestion, to do some research regarding the company, the product including its business activity in the region you are applying to. Will be asked questions about working in teams (cross-functional and onshore/offshore) and managing projects.

Intense process with two interviews before having to provide a presentation to a number of key stakeholders . Provided an overview of topic of my choice showing how i incorporated knowledge and report on.
