J'ai passé un entretien chez Feedr (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
As seems to be a common theme with other Glassdoor interview reviews, my interviewer missed the scheduled time for our interview. I chased-up within the first ten minutes via e-mail....no response.
I did get a call from an unsaved number 16 minutes after the scheduled interview time. However, as this number didn't match the number that my interviewer had quoted days prior in their confirmation e-mail. I decided not to answer. Whoever, the person was, they didn't leave a voice mail. I would think that if it was my interviewer (and if they were serious), they'd at least leave a voice mail to at least let me know it's them and at least apologise for missing our scheduled interview time by 16 minutes. Whoever the person was (if it was my interviewer), they weren't serious as they literally called for a few seconds before canceling the call. I witnessed all of this in real-time, as I was actually reading these appalling Glassdoor reviews at the time of the call.
Either way, whether it was my interviewer who called 16 minutes after our scheduled interview time or not - they never left a voice mail, nor did they ever respond to my chaser e-mail...so it's safe to say they're not serious/ don't give a damn.
In summary, do not waste your time with this company. Too many applicants/candidates have experienced this same issue, given what the other Glassdoor reviews state. If the company doesn't respect your time as an applicant/candidate, can you imagine what things might be like when you're an employee?
Think about that...

The process consisted of 3 interview stages with various members of the company.
It began with a phone interview with the People and Talent Manager, who was very lovely and very reassuring about the whole process. She asked me questions about my experience, a little bit about the company and why I wanted to join.
The second stage was a video interview with the department manager, who was again very kind and comforting with a chatty persona. He again asked about my experience and several scenario questions, as well as about myself as a person. This was nice as with other interviews I have felt like a bit of a droid, destined to be exploited purely for work without consideration of social aspects of working life.
Finally, I spoke to an accounts manager who really just wanted me to feel welcomed, asking about my experience and how I fit in with the companies goals.
