The process consisted of a series of calls over several weeks. I spoke with various people across the organization, including the hiring team, direct reports, internal partners, and executives. The conversations were generally thoughtful and tailored to the specific interviewer's role. Communication broke down as the process went on, with additional steps discussed and limited updates provided. I followed up on multiple occasions and was told to expect an update by a certain time. Each time, these expectations weren't met. To date, I still haven't received any final feedback, which is disappointing based on the time invested by both sides (10 calls over 6 weeks) and the focus on values and culture throughout the process.
