No interview process. They asked for 2 canva designs for a brand and then 1 month later they wrote I was part of a second stage where I had to engage in various tasks and tests, ranging from 15 minutes to 2-3 hours each day. $50 upon completing all the tasks if not hired, and $100 if hired.
