They are a complete waste of time, they repost the same job a lot of times and feign interest in you. (which probably means they have a lot of ghost postings) They exist SOLELY to waste a candidate's time and energy. I was contacted by them and given 2 lengthy tests which I had to prepare for, and then I was screened by one of their guys for 20 whole minutes. They told me they were "interested" in me and wanted to move me forward. They invited me to a 30-minute interview with the senior managers, in which it seemed like they didn't even want to do their job of conducting the interview. At the end, they complimented me and then ghosted me thereafter. A few days after, I HAD to email them to get a response, and the response was your standard ChatGPT corporate speak from HR, not even telling me why I got rejected. They wasted days and days of my time, absolutely shameful and horrid behaviour from this company. This company does not value you as a human being or as an employee, they exist solely to waste your time and a company like this, quite frankly, shouldn't even be applied to. They treat their employees like they're the lowest of the low, I've heard. There are many better companies doing what they do with a much better infrastructure, and most importantly, much better people at the helm of those companies.
TL;DR
They are a waste of time, they have a lot of ghost postings, they will call you and tell you they're interested, but the reality is, they probably already have someone on the inside that they are going to give preferential treatment to.
