The company published a job fair on career builder, which I attended. It was pretty casual. You filled in your application brought your resume with you and were interviewed right away. First interview was with HR and if you passed you were immediately interviewed by a dept head. They asked pretty routine questions like "Where do you see yourself in five years?" and "Why do you want to work with us?" As stated before, it was all pretty casual and as comfortable as an interview can be. If you get the job HR calls within the next couple of days/weeks with their offer.
