The phone interview was only to review resume. Company also went more into detail of position to make sure candidate was still interested. Since I was still interested it was then that a 1:1 interview was scheduled. My 1:1 interview was ideal and comfortable. My interviewer showed great enthusiasm when speaking about the company and how well she liked working there. It was unfortunate that I wasn't hired but I will definitely try again.
