I had a phone interview first and got an in-person on scheduled for the next day. There was confusion on the location so I called the recruiter from the phone interview and sent an email message to the person who interviewed me. Thankfully they rescheduled with me. I arrived at the interview, someone let me into the building and then I waited 17 minutes because no one alerted the interviewer I was there. They only found out after I emailed the interviewer that I was in the lobby. SO disorganized.
